In these cooking classes, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a delicious meal complete with the dishes that proudly represent this beautiful state of Oaxaca. Start this fully interactive class with the delight in the main markets of Oaxaca accompanied by the Chef who will help us identify the ingredients on the list, you will be able to prepare two dishes suggested by the Chef; a mole and a soup, as well as two dishes, to suit the group such as tamales or some Oaxacan dish. In the course, the Chef will also explain each of the representative ingredients of the region and which we will use for the preparation of the dishes. Remember to ask any questions you have about any ingredient.
Some typical drinks will also be prepared to accompany food, such as Chilacayota and Margaritas with Mezcal, and tortillas will also be prepared by hand. After the tour where the ingredients that will become a succulent dish were bought, we will go to the cooking workshop where you will have the advice of experienced cooks who will transmit all their techniques and knowledge, the aprons and recipes will be distributed to the participants of this pleasant experience. After that, we will identify the ingredients that will be used for each dish that we will make. During the preparation, we will be able to follow the chef's instructions to be able to prepare a typical Oaxacan dish and at the end of the class, we will all sit at the table to share and taste the prepared dishes.
